STORServer is also known world-wide for our expertise in IBM’s Tivoli Storage Manager which is the backup, archive, and disaster recovery engine of our appliance. Our Service Professionals define best practices for implementation and use of our Backup Appliances and TSM.
We offer a range of services to assist customers in planning and implementing STORServer Backup Appliances and software solutions. We provide a statement of work outlining the specific objectives and tasks for every professional services engagement.
Additionally, we offer two levels of training specifically focused on optimizing and managing the STORServer Backup Appliance and TSM. Courses are open to anyone who wishes to learn from our certified experts.
