Telemarketing Specialist
Position: Temporary to Permanent
Type: Full-Time, 8am to 5pm
Pay: Hourly + Incentive + Commission
Position Summary:
Business to Business calling to potential customers and partners. You will be qualifying the level of interest in STORServer's products and services with these potential customers. In this position individuals will conduct pre-sales calls in alignment with STORServer procedures and standards. A successful candidate will set a minimum of 20 appointments a month.
Job Duties:
- Call potential customer lists to qualify new business
- Set appointments for sales team
- Maintain call logs and records
- Provide regular reporting on call activities
- Demonstrate acceptable levels of productivity and appointment setting
- Obtain sufficient knowledge of STORServer product and process via training
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with a strong phone presence
- Self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude
- Have an outgoing and helpful attitude toward customers, coworkers and management
- Ability to operate windows, email, spreadsheets and word processing
- Telemarketing experience preferred
- Employment contingent upon successful background check Working Conditions:
- Fast paced office environment
- Sitting for moderate periods of time
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Wage: $10-$12/hr.
