Disaster Recovery Planning and Support
STORServer will work with you to conduct a complete analysis of your disaster recovery plan. On-site support is provided should an actual disaster occur.
Disaster Recovery Onsite Test
STORServer will provide once yearly, on-site assistance during customer scheduled disaster recovery testing.
Disaster Recovery First Response
STORServer will provide 24x7x365 on-site response to customers in need of actual disaster recovery. Every effort will be made to get on-site within 12 hours; 24 hours response time is guaranteed.
